Miranda Kerr, who split from her ex-boyfriend Orlando Bloom in October 2013, rang in the Fourth of July with one steamy topless shot of herself posing in the ocean.

"Happy 4th of July," the supermodel captioned the photo, which showed her in a picturesque destination wearing nothing but black and white bikini bottoms as she wrapped her arms around her chest and sat in crystal clear water.

The brunette beauty has kept mum on where she's been enjoying her vacay, but for the past week Kerr has been posting shots of her time there, including a gorgeous shot of the ocean at sunset, sharks, and a snap of herself cuddling her 3-year-old Flynn in the water.

Kerr, who describes herself as "heart-centered" and an optimist by nature, recently opened up about how she's stayed happy since splitting from Bloom, telling Net-A-Porter's The Edit, "I always look for the best in every situation, no matter what it is. Even if it's something that's sad, upsetting or disappointing at the time, I think, 'There's a reason for this.'"

The 30-year-old Aussie continued, saying the key to staying positive is living intentionally. "Every thought you think is powerful and we have a conscious choice every day to change our thoughts and therefore change our reality and therefore create a happier existence. Even in New York, I go to Central Park, take my shoes of and put my feet in the grass. I feel happiest when I'm with my son at the beach or the park.
